“Their crab, oysters, and clams are always good. My family and I go here for our yearly camping trip. We come from Washington. We have been visiting when Kelly was still the owner. We really wish he still owned and ran the place. It was so much better. The crabbing lately hasn't been the greatest. The last two times we came here we didn't catch much, and this recent time we didn't get any keepers. So we ended up buying crab and oysters instead. The staff is always friendly and the place is a good location. Campsites are a bit close but still manage a little privacy. They have showers and bathrooms, as well as a nice gift shop that they've recently expanded w/ lots of cute hoodies/tees/crew necks. Tables for people to eat, and you can also crab off of the dock without having to pay 120 for the boat. Great place to check out at least once. Fun especially for the kids.“
“My favorite spot on the Oregon coast to get seafood! Everything I have had is good here from fish and chips and clam strip and popcorn chicken. Their clam chowder is prob also my favorite I have had as well. Someone in my group had oyster shooters and said they were some of the best he’s had in a long time! Look forward to coming to this spot when we’re in town“
“I wanted to give 5 stars but I was not able to split my bill nor pay with two forms of payment. We were never told we couldn't split the bill til the checkout and then was scolded by a lady who said its listed in fine print on the menu. This should be a standard disclosure written on the doors before entering and/or explained upfront before ordering. Expecting the patron to find all the hidden clues on the menu is like the staff knowing how to use the TV remote..non existent. However, The food is fabulous! Perfect calamari, perfect shrimp tacos, great fish and chips. The outside needs a face lift and in no way reflects quality of food and service and or the interior. Plus the front office needs to be cleaned as it's cluttery and is an eyesore as you walk into the establishment.“
“The batter was so light, airy and crispy, while the fish (I had cod) was juicy and flaky. Price point was great. One of the best fish and chips places I've been. Hands down would recommend this place to anyone and everyone who likes fish and chips. Delish!!!“
“Really crispy fish. Service was...less than I would have expected. I am from Oregon, not the East coast and am accustomed to a bit friendlier service from a little food cart. That being said, would definitely come here again. The coleslaw was delicious, as were the fries and the fish. Everything was delicious.“
“I like the food and service here. Hugo was the one who took my order. He was super friendly and working hard. He was taking orders, getting drinks and also wiping down table. I ordered the oysters in a half shell and Fried Oysters, both were delicious. They work really work efficiently through the line and food came out fast! Definitely coming back!“
“Customer service! I forgot my purse at the restaurant and didn’t realize until we were 2 hours away. Not only did the staff keep my purse safe but they sent us home with some of their delicious chowder for our long drive home. Also the food (fish and chips) we had eaten at lunch was wonderful! I am so grateful for good people! ❤️“
“We recently dined here at the Bunker Grill, and it was an exceptional experience. I ordered the steak, and it was cooked to perfection – tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. My wife opted for the fettuccine Alfredo, and it was a creamy, indulgent delight. Not only was the food top-notch, but the drinks were also fantastic. The cocktail menu offered a variety of options, and we tried a couple that were expertly crafted. What stood out beyond the exquisite dishes and drinks was the impeccable service. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home.Overall, the Bunker Grill exceeded our expectations in every way. It's a must-visit for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience.“
“We stopped in Friday and the staff was Awesome, fresh seafood, great Crab and their clam chowder is full of clams not other fillers. You have to add salt as then make it without salt so you can make it taste how you like. I highly recommend getting fresh seafood from them.“
“Your bar tenders needs to get out from behind the bar and provide service to video lottery patrons and provide table service. I came at 1 pm on Friday and never got either. Bartender admitted she was on the phone with her daughter. Not a priority to have when running a business. Very disappointed. My burger was excellent but the bar tender heather could use some training.“
“Our first time here...the server was super sweet and the food....well it was delicious. We asked what the servers favorite was and she said she would eat the salmon tacos everyday if she could....and we agree! My son got some Tillamook ice cream with whip n sprinkles after his meal...and his excitement says it all.“
“Fantastic bayfront locale, great views. Store was slow midday for lunch, and service was slow too. Burger was huge, juicy, and cooked medium as requested. fries were hand-cut and great. Cheap smaller sized 'happy hour' cocktails worth the $5/ea. Prefer the house music volume to be slightly lower, but was not obnoxious.Great place to stop in if you are in the area.“
“My wife, a friend and I were in Garibaldi. This place was open for lunch. The restaurant was fairly funky inside, albeit clean. The restaurant had a mixture of tables, booths and a long counter with backless stools. We chose a booth. The efficient waitress immediately showed up and we ordered. We had a shrimp salad, a burger, and a clam strip basket. According to my informants, the shrimp salad was very flavorful and the burger was the best tasting they had had in years. My clam strips had excellent flavor, however, about 40% were tough and hard to bite through while 60% were tender. The basket came with the best French Fries I've had in 2023 - very crispy on the outside, hot and soft on the inside. The basket came with an acceptable tartar sauce and some creamy coleslaw. The total bill was $47 and change. Even with a 20% tip, that came out to less than 20 dollars per person, which is normal in these post covid times. Based on our experience I can totally recommend this place.“
“We dined here for the first time this past weekend. Loved the space, a cozy and intimate home that had been converted to a restaurant. Our waitress couldn't have been nicer! Very knowledgeable about the food, and wine list. We enjoyed our meal and look forward to returning soon.“
“Overall, food was great and I enjoyed it. I had the captain's platter with tater tots. The cod and scallops were juicy and lightly breaded with great flavor. Clams had good seasoning and interesting breading and texture (not sure if that's typical). I'm not a fan of coconut shrimp, but it was made well if you like sweetness with the shrimp. Tater tots were crispy also. Server checked on our drinks and made sure everything was alright so great customer service.“
“My wife and I first tried this place back in April and we were so impressed that we came back. Mo's clam chowder is good, but lakeside Hideaway's is even better! I also love the view of lake Little! My kids love this place too.“
