“What a delightful beach store! Great customer service! The owner took the time to help me find the right kite for my two year old grandson. We got one that was perfect for his size and that he could color himself, providing an extra activity to keep him happy and engaged. Check out the sale rack in the back for close out clothing deals. I got a cute jacket for a steal. Don’t forget to buy some homemade fudge and make sure to get a few giant scoops of ice cream served in their homemade waffle cones while you are there.“

“Great little bakery in rockaway beach. During my stay I would walk down every morning for the white chocolate marionberry scone and a latte. The scones are moist and sweet without being overly sweet. They also have delicious hand pies and sand dollar pies. Everything I tried was so tasty! Definitely worth checking out if you want a little treat“

“7/15: Typical local dive (not meant as a negative). One person working; cook, server, bartender, he did it all. Nice guy with a good attitude. We went on a Monday. Ended up here because a lot of the coastal restaurants are closed on Monday and Tuesday. Typical bar food; we had onion rings, salad and a burger.“

“Stopped here on a whim, waited patiently along with the locals. I was kinda in the doghouse because I picked the place. But If the locals are waiting you know it’s good. I ordered an oyster dish that I really enjoyed and the crab cake benedict was also good. The coffee is good and hot. I was redeemed. Stop at Downie’s when you’re in Bay City, it’s worth the wait.“

“I had The Brekkie Sandwich, and my brother had the Beef Burger. These were the best brunch’s to enjoy after a round of golf at Manzanita Links! And with the wonderful plates and smells coming from neighboring tables, I knew this could not be my only trip to Yolk. I will be back every time I come down from Spokane.
To top it off, our server, Jasmine, was an absolute delight. They took great care of us, and gave us several smiles, especially with a darn good Liza Minnelli impression.
If I could give 100/5 I would, but 5/5 will have to suffice. Thank you for such a great meal and experience!!“

“10/10. So yummy.
Honestly so good and hit the spot. Really good fish and chips and battered fries with good thick chowder and bay shrimp salad. And good quality beer! And being open late meant this place saved our butts. But it’s clean and staff are really friendly. Everyone here was so nice and the big TVs made watching the Olympics fun while we enjoyed delicious food! Come on in if you’re on the coast, especially around Tillamook Manzanita or Garibaldi areas.“

“OMG someone posted a picture of JoJos and since I am celebrating a trip around the sun they were a must! The bartender rocked her job and kept up commentary to let people feel relaxed and welcome. The tavern has only just opened. It was already hopping with a few regulars, helps they have slot machines, keno, and power all available for entertainment. They also had pool table and outdoor seating of which we did not avail ourselves - too bad since the place since on the Nahelm River! The JoJos did not make it to a photo - they were super hot and burned my mouth but oh so worth it. Automatically got ketchup and ranch and had not problem proving mustard - mmmm!!!The beer on tap selection is small but has good coverage. They also have a wide variety in cans and bottles, plus cider and wine.Get small town tavern and worth a stop!“

“Oh my, we had a wonderful experience at the Offshore Grill.
We shared the Seafood Louie Salad and an oder of the steamer class.
The salad included local smoked salmon and bay shrimp, hard-boiled egg, cucumbers, carrots, and tomatoes on local organic greens with our house made Thousand Island dressing. It was very good and fresh.
The Steamers were super, 1 lb. of Willapa Bay clams pan roasted with garlic, shallots, parsley & a pinch of chili flake in a white wine lemon butter broth & served with house baguette.
We went back and added the BBQ Pork belly“
“On a little getaway, we came across this local bakery and had to stop in to sample!
Amy graciously shared her recommendations along with a little history about Pete who even at 94, still comes in to the shop.
Super quaint location and staff, highly recommend the apple, oatmeal, brown sugar cinnamon pie ?“
“Cute winery that offers a lot of different kinds of wine, but especially pinot noirs. My parents especially enjoyed the white pinot noir. The woman who served us was great. Very friendly and helpful. We visited on a rainy day, but I can see this place being packed when it's sunny. They have a high-quality product but came across as being chill and down to earth. I enjoyed checking this place out.“

“We dined here for the first time this past weekend. Loved the space, a cozy and intimate home that had been converted to a restaurant. Our waitress couldn't have been nicer! Very knowledgeable about the food, and wine list. We enjoyed our meal and look forward to returning soon.“

“The food is good and the chocolate pancake balls are wonderful. But two strips of their bacon is smaller than one strip of bacon at Grumpys in Rockaway Beach. That was a little disappointing. The staff was attentive and friendly.“

“What a fun place! I grew up eating Pronto Pups from Grand Haven, MI, so it was super fun to visit the original location. These ones are battered much thicker than others I've had, but I like that they're more savory. Service was really fast even with a large family who ordered before us. They've got fun merch to purchase, the world's largest corndog on the roof, and even a coin-operated (non-functional) corndog you can pose on for photos. I LOVE that the original location has vegetarian-friendly options as the one I grew up going to only has beef.
Vegetarian options: There are a few vegetarian options, such as the Veggie Pup, the Pickle Pup, and the Cheesy Pup and fries.“
