“It was great, I tried this place for the first time today. Had the Vanilla's Trainwreck Burger. It was delicious and the service was good as well.

“This place warms my heart. In just a couple of hours, I watched 6 or 7 local farmers drop off fresh produce and food for the kitchen. They take food quality very seriously and they're in love with this community. And the have live music on Wednesdays!“

“The atmosphere is the best part about this place. And it stays open late. The service is typical of what you've come to expect from a McMennamins. The food is, as well. But overall, it's a great place to hang out, especially if you live close, like I do.“

“I’m from Portland, but visit my mom often in Forest Grove. Whenever I’m in the area, I always drive by The Ace but never stop. Last night that changed and I’m so glad it did! Great food for a great price, cozy atmosphere and super fun staff! I can’t wait to go back again! The outdoor area looks so fun and I can’t wait to visit in the summer! “The Tavern has changed owners. They've added more TVs and a much larger menu. The fried mushrooms and the buffalo blue cheese chicken sandwich were excellent. We'd stopped going because the prior menu was so small. Now we have options and are very excited. They have salads too! The friendly atmosphere is a double bonus!!“
