“I’m new to the area and really enjoyed my first visit to Fat Milo’s! It’s such a cute little place, and the food portions were really good. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the orange juice was AMAZING!

Outside I noticed they have a water bowl for pups, which I love! I ate inside this time, but I definitely plan to come back and try the outdoor seating next time with my pup.

Definitely a great little spot, and I’m glad we found it!“

Food was incredible, I got the pork chop. My beautiful girlfriend got the pork and gnocchi. Both were incredible. I'm from out of town and we were looking for a place to celebrate my birthday and we lucked out by finding Tree's. They even provided some home made ice cream and beignets for the occasion. “This chain on Pubs, breweries, historical Inns and quirky events are a one of a kind place. 60 plus locations are all unique in character, but you always know you are at a McMenamins by the decor of each is different but with a similar theme. Mostly the same menu as a whole but individual items specifically to that location' menu changes quarterly.
Sherwood location is a heavily forest feel with lots of wood booths. Always very happy and friendly staff and a very comfortable feel about it. Z little like a British pub this one.
If you have never experienced a McMenamins you need to just do it. You will not be sorry“

“Stopped in to have some burgers. Food was great but the service was outstanding. Aaron our waiter and the other two waitresses, didn’t catch their names, were absolutely fantastic. No waiting on drinks or our food. I appreciate great customer service and that’s what we got!!“

“I’ve been to this IHOP several times, and I’ve consistently had a great experience. The customer service is always friendly, respectful, and attentive. The restaurant is clean every time we visit, and the food is consistently well-prepared and tastes great.

My only suggestion is regarding the music. On a few occasions, it has included songs with inappropriate content, which isn’t ideal for a family restaurant. I mentioned it to the staff, and they were understanding, but they explained that they don’t have control over the music selection. It would also be nice to have a little more variety in the playlist instead of hearing mostly country music.

Overall, this is still a great IHOP with excellent employees, and I’d definitely continue coming back.“

“This is a quant authentic German restaurant run exclusively by Otto and Anita, they cook everything themselves in the back. Anita makes all the baked goods and they even make their own salad dressing. The food was delicious. Not many vegetarian items but the Dill Soup was the star, and paired nicely with their house salad. The desserts and baked goods all looked very nice. I enjoyed the German Spezi soda. The staff is super friendly and the whole experience was warm and unique. I highly recommend it.“

“I've always had decent food here at Bannings. This morning I ordered Pumpkin pancakes.....what a disappointment. The pumpkin batter needed salt added to it and it also could have used a bit more sugar in the batter. The syrup was not real maple syrup but table top ad says, "warm maple syrup," so I expected real maple syrup. It also says, "whipped butter." I asked the waiter about the maple syrup and he told me it was "artificial" maple and argued the fact that the restaurant never said "real" maple syrup. Maybe the butter is whipped margarine...who knows what liberties are taken in menu descriptions. I'm a "real" maple syrup customer.“

“I love going here. It’s been a lifelong, childhood favorite. Their bowling prices are decent, really good arcade games, though missing a few classics like Clyclone and Deal or No Deal. Mini golf, go karts, bumper boats, all a hit! Highly recommend. Arcade credits go fast though!“

“Me and my wife have been coming in to Davidsons FrostTop since it reopened, and i will have to say the steak bites, potato skins, are fantastic. so far we have yet to have bad food here. I also have had their hamburgers. they let me custom order my hamburger the way I want it. I would recommend stopping in and give them a try. they also have adult drinks which is a nice change. super friendly staff and great atmosphere. we will of course come back.“

They've got this wild mix of American and Latin American food—burgers, hot dogs, fries, tacos, pupusas, elote, chicken wings, the whole deal. And honestly? It's all genuinely delicious. “I come to this particular Black Bear every year because it is the one nearest to the hotel nearest to where my dad lives. I go to a Black Bear Diner pretty often, and this one is up to the same high standards as basically all the others I've visited. This visit, however, was not to see my dad but to go to his funeral. It was a really rough day today. I could hardly leave the hotel room. But when I did, and I sat there just reading for a bit over a hamburger, listening to nothing in particular, my waiter was very helpful and attentive despite there seeming to be a lot of people and not enough waiters. He had no way of knowing that today was one of the hardest days in my life. He was kind, attentive, and engaged me in a brief conversation in a natural way without it being forced. I sat for a bit after my meal and had refills for another half hour, until just after closing time. My waiter's name is Ethan. Melissa told me that while she wasn't the manager, I should put a review up online so that my compliment gets back to him. I don't know if I will be back here any time soon. If I am, I will hope to see Ethan, who just did his job and who was genuine.“
