“Went to listen to Bart, Clark and Steve for Elton John and Billy Joel night. Bought 2 tickets ahead of time. Unfortunately the other person couldn't make, however there were not 2 seats together where you could see the musicians, when I walked in. Was oversold. 2 people were standing. If you're going to sell tickets, make sure there are enough seats for the people to sit together. Perhaps reserve seats for people, and make sure there's seating at the same table for the size of the party that makes reservations. Otherwise, sell less. Flatbread was good, dessert was very good. Music was great! Good to know I can make a reservation. Will do that next time! Will definitely return, and call ahead.“
“First of all, my kid had such a blast here! He experienced rock climbing for the first time, spent hours in Timber Town and the soft pretzel we had was the "best soft pretzel he has ever had". I love how we use the game card to pay for everything and how we have to wait in a virtual line rather than a physical line. It makes everything run smoothly and we get to enjoy our time not standing around. I want to give a shoutout to Taylor who worked at the rock climbing section this afternoon. She was incredibly kind, patient and helpful. I think all of her coworkers should observe her interactions with customers. I know that working in the customer service industry is not easy, but Taylor handles her job with grace, care and a positive attitude. I truly can't thank her enough for making me feel better about this place! What I didn't love about my visit was that I screamed at by an employee working at the rock climbing. I saw her speak rudely to other customers while I was in line to get a waiver wristband, then my experience with her was extremely unsettling. Again, I understand that working in customer service is not easy, but my 6 year old needed guidance during his first time rock climbing. When I asked her if I could help him get shoes, she said "no parents allowed" with major attitude. I responded "he's never done this before, could you please go help him?" And she yelled at me "UGH! I'M GOING!!" She was rough with my kid, mean to other kids and ignored parents. Employees like her should not be left responsible for children that can injure themselves with rock climbing. Later, my kid wanted to do it again so we signed up online, waited over 30 min and when we got the text that it was my kids turn, she skipped over us. Then when I asked her about it, she told me she would send me a text to come back over in 10 min. Then purposefully didn't notify us and we had to wait another 10 minutes. So a 30+ min wait turned into a 50+ min wait. Thankfully, this is when I met Taylor and made my experience so much better.“
“Had a craving for pizza after my hockey game in Sherwood. Googled “pizza near me “ and decided to give Schmizza a try. My Medium pepperoni pizza was ready a few minutes early. I had a long drive home so I ate while driving. Although it was fresh out of the oven, the cheese wasn’t runny and wasn’t dripping oil. It was dark in the car so I couldn’t see how it was prepared but it was simply MORE tasty than any other pizza I have ever eaten. I was planning on only eating half in the car and it was so good I ate the whole pizza! I will be back for more Schmizza that’s for sure !“
“One of the cutest and coziest spot I've been to in awhile. I love thier interior so much! Modern, chic, but still warm. The food menu is Indian-inspired and everything is vegan. We got a plate of the drumstick to share and it's super unique! The texture was pretty close to real chicken but what stood out was the seasonings and flavors. Super spicy, in the best way. Made for a great drinking snack. Lots of unique items to try and share from the menu. For drinks, we got the N/A Creamsicle which was SO GOOD! I would come back just for it. Creamy, not too sweet with a hint of coconut. We also got the Club Lilou which was alright for me. Nothing to rave about but refreshing and summer-y.“
“I love this place! The beer selection is amazing. The ambience is fun, relaxed, very clean and casual. You could bring your own food or order from neighboring restaurants. The service is always superb. I moved here from out of state and I've only been in Newberg for about six months, but I love going to this place and running into my friends and colleagues from the community. Sometimes I pop in to get a little work done from my laptop or meet to up with friends to watch sports. You can tell the owner takes great pride and care of this fine establishment!“
“My handsome husband and I absolutely ADORE this new find for us. I’ve lived in Aloha 20+ years and this place is exactly what I want in a neighborhood hangout, but have never seen until tonight. First thing in the door we were greeted, welcomed, told about the menu and invited to sit wherever we liked! Talk about feeling welcomed and immediate hospitality! The atmosphere was also fantastic—subdued and relaxing with agreeable lighting. But the cocktails were ABSOLUTELY EPIC! We had our socks knocked off by the flavor and variety of the cocktails, and then the presentation was just so incredibly appealing to boot! Fresh herbs (rosemary) in one drink, dried herbs (lavender) in another made the drinks delicious AND visually stunning to behold. Prices were very reasonable, so we will be coming back again and again to sample absolutely everything! 10/10 and we’ll be singing the praises of The 649 to absolutely everybody we know!“

“Located above the loyal legion and available only by reservation (or walk in as space permits). Access is via a stairwell at the back and opens only via code. A staff member greets you downstairs and explains the process (one way only, restrooms inside, etc). Then you go up into a private space with soft lighting and trendy decor. I think I counted less than 7 tables (3 fit 4, and 4 fit 2), Plus 4 stools at the bar. Super cozy and intimate. Definitely recommend. Staff were excellent, knowledgeable, and the right amount of attentive. Not a lot of food choices.. but the drinks were great and the vibe even better. Looking forward to going back.“
“Beautiful place. Great food. I didn’t eat all of my salad and asked for a “to go box”. Not only did they bring me a box, they brought me a made salad, with a side of dressing so I could have a fresh salad tomorrow “not soggy left overs.” Such a small act of kindness will leave a mark forever. My family and I will be back, many times.“
