I went to the Salmonberry tonight with my family and friends for the first time since they reopened. I have to say I was BLOWN AWAY. The food was incredible. It was so fresh and delicious and quick. But what really got me was the service. The young man who was hosting was polite and accommodating. The staff were all friendly. This is one of my favorite places to eat. They have amazing cocktails, delicious food and my dog is welcome. I LOVE this place. It is a unique and delicious part of our beautiful coast.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is amazing. We tired a lot of items on our visit and every table around us had something we want to try next time. The arancini balls were excellent. The meatballs even better. The sauce on the meatballs was fantastic. My wife had the one salad and she shared it with me. We didn’t even make a dent in it. The dressing was spot on. Love going to this place. The location, the view, the people, the crew, The food, the bartender. All AWESOME.

The Salmonberry is a beloved coastal gem that offers a unique dining experience. Fresh and delicious dishes, such as the wildly fresh oysters and magnificent fresh pasta, are a highlight. The warm and inviting bar area is a great spot to grab a drink, and the staff is always eager to please. While the menu is small, most items are appealing, including the unbelievable pepperoni pizza and pasta dishes. The food is so good, with quality that stands out even in a place known for great pizza. The pizzas are particularly well-made, with the margarita pizza being a standout and hard to find done well on the coast. The restaurant offers spectacular views of the river, making the experience even more special. Guests can enjoy the outside fishing dock and small garden while waiting for a table. Although service can be curt and the dining setup is cafeteria-style, where guests grab their own plates and utensils, the staff tries to accommodate requests like veganising dishes when possible. Beer options are few but excellent, and cocktails are also good. The restaurant tends to be busy, but the staff is attentive and prompt. Despite some quirks, The Salmonberry remains a must-visit for anyone in the area, especially for those seeking local ingredients and a memorable meal.
