Would love to try some of their pies they looked amazing. If there is a wait you have to wait outside or in your car so bring a jacket! “My friend and I stopped at the Blue Agate Cafe looking for food and a bathroom and a place to sit. We visited during Phase 1 of re-opening from Covid19. We were hungry and grubby and not from the area. But, we were met with eyes smiling from behind a mask and immediately felt at ease. After our order was placed, I asked about using the restroom facilities. I was met at the back door with a squirt of hand sanitizer so, mask on, I took care of my needs and washed with soap and running water, for 20 seconds, twice. We were offered outdoor seating in a pretty little back courtyard sheltered from the wind and full of blooming flowers. The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the house made veggie burger and, as a connoisseur of veggie burgers, this was easily one of the best I have ever had. The service was friendly and just made me feel easy and welcome. Lunch yesterday was a delightful culinary and social experience. I highly recommend this small eatery to anybody wishing to be treated as family in all the best ways. Thank you.“

“What a pleasant surprise! My family and I walked into this shop and were immediately greeted by Corrine, who was incredibly warm and patient, even with our large group of kids and all our questions. Her superior customer service alone is reason enough to return, but the treats blew us away. The dark chocolate and pistachio fudge were fresh and delicious, ice cream delightful and creamy, but the true standout was the white sea foam. It was hands down the best I've ever had—not too hard, not too soft, and with perfect white chocolate. It was so amazing, it might be the best thing I've eaten all year. I would love to know if you offer shipping; this treat is worth it. Seriously, please let me know if possible. 😆 Also, I notice the ice cream prices were better priced than the other shop next door. “Anytime we are on vacation, we always search out the local gems for breakfast. We absolutely found it with this sweet bakery. They have the most perfect options for a quick dessert or breakfast. The breakfast sanddollars were incredible along with the blueberry muffin/biscuit. Their convenient location is a quick walk to the end on the block where the most perfect views of the beach await you. What better way to enjoy your breakfast/treat from a local bakery than watching the oceans waves! I only wish we had known about this amazing bakery on our first day! Can't wait to be back!“

“I went to the Salmonberry tonight with my family and friends for the first time since they reopened. I have to say I was BLOWN AWAY. The food was incredible. It was so fresh and delicious and quick. But what really got me was the service. The young man who was hosting was polite and accommodating. The staff were all friendly. I have to say having a really good meal with a very pleasant dinning experience on the nicest day of the summer was magical. This is the Salmonberry at its best!!!“
