“My husband has been there a few times but this was mine and my kids first time being there. The staff was super friendly! I had the fish and chips and it was delicious. My youngest had the grilled peanut butter and jelly sandwich and it was sooo good! Genius menu item for the kids! Definitely will be going back!“

“It would benefit a seasonal worker to give the Warrenton location a try, their leads are really great at training the processors and the facility is immaculate. The crews work well together and they will move you around a little to find your strongest area. Which really is wonderful as it made working there feel good because, the leads really care about finding where you will excell and give you the tools to move up in the plant. “Hello! my friends and I were visiting Astoria for a week when we came across this Goldmine of a Bar and Restaurant! The first day we came we had the BEST Bartender we've ever had! Not only is her service impeccable but her sense of humor and friendliness is just outright contagious! Kelly is her name and I give her 10 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 out of 5!!! Now the second time we came we had to try the Prime Rib. Best decision EVER and we found out that Kelly is also the cook so we knew we were in for a treat and boy howdy it did not disappoint! Excellent flavor, cooked perfectly an overall experience I tell you what. We will definitely be back and I hope Miss Kelly NEVER goes anywhere! “My family's first trip to Astoria for a wedding at Pier 39 and we decided to stop by Silver Salmon for dinner. We definitely had a few adult beverages and had a great evening and even better food! Our waiter, Patrick was so wonderful and attentive and even when I left my wallet there he and the manager kept it safe for me till the next day!! 10/10 recommend for quality food and staff!“

“I am not a fish fan. Never have been, never will. That said...this place had the best food I had on my vacation, no doubt. Listen, you're in Astoria, on the coast, if you don't get some fish of some sort then what are you even doing. Stop here. If the weather's nice, there will probably be a line and a wait. Don't worry about it. Just do it. I had the half basket fish & chips. Should have gone full, because while I had plenty to eat, I wished I had more. If I'm ever in the area again this will be the lunch stop.“

“We did a lecture on Salt and Spirits with Pilot House Distillery and Columbia Maritime museum on the use of ships ion the Columbia River and the Pacific Ocean with 4 tastings and candy infused with whiskey. Great lecture and slide show. Speakers worked well with each other and was very informative. About 30 people in attendance and lively discussion from all. I would recommend a visit to either of these businesses when you are in Astoria Oregon. If you want a wonderful museum with interactive exhibits oh and a real light ship, or floating light house Columbia Maritime is your place to be, if you want goof whisky then Pilot House is where you want to head to, or do both. Both locally born and operated for many years.“
