One of the few pleasures of long interstate highway slogs is finding local, hidden gem restaurants along the way. This is one of them! Looks a bit tattered on the outside, but inside you’ll find gourmet burgers that put most big city “gourmet” places to shame. And fries to die for. Don’t settle for chain fast food when this place is only a few feet away.
This place was a diamond in the rough! I haven’t had such great service in years, the food was fresh, fast, and absolutely delicious. Perfect place for a quick bite. This beats the average burger joint any day. And did I mention the service?

We stopped in Baker and found this gem. My Rueben was brined for 48 hours and hand cut - fabulous! My husband's French Dip was cooked perfectly and with all the right seasoning. Definitely recommend this train car - restaurant.
