Finally, finally tried this place today and my stomach is very happy I did. Ordered a cheese only and a pepperoni whole pie. Beautiful, tasty, amazing thin crust pizza. The crust was soft but crispy heaven. The sauce was so so flavorful. The cheese & pepperoni were perfect. This is a one man show place but what an amazing man he is. Difficult to review. Pizza was 5* all of the way. Owner is friendly and runs the place by himself and we knew this ahead of time so we planned ahead to try to better our experience. First realize that the hours are more recommendations for when he may be there. Came in one afternoon and it was busy do we confirmed that he would be open that night as indicated on their website. I thoroughly enjoyed this place. The owner is an artist and the pizza was amazing and was a fair price. We understood that the owner is running it by himself so we ordered from him and asked when to return to pick up our order, he gave us a time and when we returned our pizza was ready and it was a fantastic experience.
