Located in a converted house across the street from the Bay, exposed to wind. Views from a few indoor tables, outdoor patio with no view or shade at lunch. Long front porch with no seating. Large menu and good value lunch specials. Fine sit down meals. Had a chicken taco salad and a enchilada combo that tasted fresh. Served with chips and a nice salsa. Medium service speed and friendliness. Mild spice. They had Mexican Coke. Will return.
The food is very mediocre, not bad but not good either. What really turned me off from this location was the service. Our waiter, who I think was also the owner, did not like to listen but really loved to talk, sometimes inappropriately. He made both me and my female friend feel very uncomfortable with some of his comments. I think he may of thought he was being complimentary but he came off more as creepy. Honestly, we never got as far as even ordering our food. The owner, who is quite loud and boisterous, got into an argument with a customer when he tried to bring his service dog into the restaurant. The owner flat out refused to serve him and asked him to leave. Of course the would be customer demanded to know why he refused service and why his dog was not allowed.
