I recently visited ARZ Cafe with my two kids, and I can confidently say it was an experience worth sharing! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, spotless, and cozy. We were greeted by the kind owner, Mr. Abbas, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.
I mentioned that I needed an assortment of pastries, baklava, and chocolates for a New Year’s Eve party. Mr. Abbas patiently walked me through the options and gave wonderful recommendations. Meanwhile, one of my kids, who has special needs, was feeling restless and wanted to explore the counter and even made a dash for the door at one point! I felt a bit flustered trying to manage everything, but Mr. Abbas stayed calm and understanding, giving me the time I needed without making me feel rushed.
After choosing a lovely selection of goodies, I went to pay, only to step away again to manage my little explorer. When I returned, Mr. Abbas kindly explained that the two mini chocolate pistachios I had picked were a treat for my kids, so there was no charge. I was genuinely touched by his thoughtfulness and generosity. As we were about to leave, he even gave my kids two tiny chocolates to try, which was such a sweet and unexpected gesture.
Running errands with a special needs child isn’t always easy, but Mr. Abbas’s patience and warmth made all the difference. Not only was the service exceptional, but the pastries and chocolates were absolutely delicious! I can’t wait to come back—maybe next time when I’m kid-free so I can fully enjoy the experience, haha!

I stopped by Arz Cafe after seeing they make Dubai chocolate bars. I have seen videos but was not sure what to expect. The Dubai chocolate bars from Arz Cafe are amazing. They are not overly sweet and are wonderfully nutty. They also have an amazing crunch. I highly recommend them. My 12 year old daughter loves them too. We also picked up a mix of Baklava. Also an amazing treat. We will be back!

This place was excellent! I ordered on DoorDash and they did not have an item that I ordered. The gentleman called me to apologize, offered to refund the item, and included a lovely turmeric cake as an apology. The food was delicious and the customer service was superb. I truly enjoyed my experience!

We tried the baklava tray that come with three different flavors, fig maamool, and a crunchy cashew baklava that is piled high with caramelized cashews that was to die for. Worth the drive, time and every penny. I can't wait to go back and try more treats.
Very cozy and clean with beautiful desserts, snacks, and great service. Owner and staff are so kind and always have good recommendations. The cardamom coffee is incredible and you have to try the love cake!

We took my parents on a trip to the Beaverton Farmers Market and on our way home we decided we needed an afternoon pastry and coffee pick me up. We did a bit of internet research and celebrated the opportunity to enjoy artisan crafted Lebanese pastries alongside smooth as silk Turkish coffee. Abbas, the skilled Lebanese artisan baker and warm and welcoming owner of this one of a kind cafe, walked me through the stunning pastries, perfectly shaped and impeccably displayed. He recommended the Baklava assortment. Small, perfectly layered crisp squares with the nut of your choice: pistachio, walnut or cashew with the perfect drizzle of delicate syrup. I wanted to venture beyond the familiar, so chose a new experience. Kanufah made with shredded dough filled with slightly sweet cheese and minced pistachio. We shared that too along with delicious, smooth and silky Turkish coffee. Abbas is not only a passionate artisan baker, but a kind, warm and welcoming man who is obviously lucky to have had a mother that inspired him as she shared her gifts and he carried them forward. We took the remaining pastries home and I so look forward to sharing future pastry gifts with friends, family and colleagues.
