Amazing ramen restaurant in downtown Beaverton near Portland. I would highly recommend this shoyu ramen and house made fried chicken. They have a big menu of cocktails and Japanese beers as well. The edemame and tuna are great as appetizers as well. The staff are always welcoming and are very knowledgeable about the menu.

Vegetarian options: They have a plenty of vegetarian options.

Dietary restrictions: They will accommodating to everyone

Fantastic, the food was just enough to satisfy my hunger and didn't encourage me to eat past my limit. Each spoonful of broth tasted like magic joy. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere felt cool and sophisticated but not condescending in any way. Lastly, the napkins they give you are an excellent tactile delight for wiping soup off your face. 5 stars, one of the best parts of this day!

I ordered the yuzu shio ramen. Atmosphere of the restaurant was nice, wait staff was nice as well and food came out relatively quickly. I thought the flavor of the broth was quite unique and I enjoyed the thin noodles. However, the reason why I'm giving three stars is that I was very disappointed that the bowl of ramen came with only one slice of meat. Feels a bit cheap to me.
