I'm pleasantly surprised to see a late night coffee shop, especially one with a generous dessert offering! We visited with friends on a Friday evening after getting sushi nearby. We wanted to grab a coffee and dessert and this place totally hit the spot. I got a small latte with their espresso chocolate cake and it was the perfect combo, great flavor & consistency, perfectly balanced and decadent. My husband got the Apple strudel and that was delicious as well. Parking was a little difficult but the interior & patio has tons of seating and the diversity of patrons was great, both youngish and older, people gathering with friends or enjoying solo time to get work done. Service was fast & friendly. Vibes are chill.

After ordering and sitting down you realize how dusty and dirty this place is. It definitely created a negative impression from the start. The staff was disorganized. I had no idea when or where our drinks and food would come up. Latte was good, americano was terrible. The food was absolutely not worth the $16 per sandwich. I would not recommend and will not be returning.

Lots of places to sit and visit, and the ambiance is nice, especially outside. Family-friendly. A great selection of sandwiches, pastries, desserts, and drinks. Love their seasonal drink offerings. Open early and closes late. Great after-dinner spot for low-key dessert and coffee. However...staff is generally mediocre to downright unfriendly. I often feel like I'm inconveniencing them with my patronage. Also, more frequent cleaning would make a difference in my experience and enjoyment. The tables, floors, and restrooms are usually a bit dirty.

I visited Ava Roasteria for a quick bite and coffee and we had a great experience. The restaurant is located in a nice area of downtown Beaverton, with many shops and parks nearby. The only downside was the parking, which was a bit of a hassle. We had to circle around a few times before we found a spot on the street. The coffee was amazing, though. I had a Cafe Latte and it was smooth and rich, without any bitterness. My friend had a Milk Chocolate Mocha and she loved it too. We also ordered sandwiches, which were fresh and tasty. I had the Cordon Bleu, and my friend had the ham and cheese. They were both filling and satisfying. The service was friendly and fast, and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. The restaurant is open until midnight every day, which is convenient for late-night snacks or studying. I would definitely recommend Ava Roasteria to anyone looking for a quality coffee and tea house in Beaverton.

Had some work I needed to do on a Sunday and ended up here in my search for public internet access after the libraries closed. I got a turkey sandwich and an iced coffee, and both were very good (I was a little sad they don't do decaf except for espresso since I like the taste of coffee but try to avoid caffeine). Service was quick and the shop itself was nice and cool on a hot day, as well as very clean and overall pleasant to sit in. There were also plenty of spaces for plugging devices in, although the ones embedded in the tables won't work for MacBooks where the charger block is bigger. Highly recommend!

The desserts and coffee were top notch. The place seems busy with students studying. We did find a place outside to sit. We will definitely be coming back when we are in the area.

First, this place is gone way downhill. The food is stale and unappealing. The new staff puts off hostile masculine energy, and they have bad attitudes.I bought a coffee there this morning against my better judgment and boy was I sorry. Next time I'll stick to home-brewed coffee. A thousand times better, and no grimaces or back talk.

This restaurant, located in downtown Beaverton, is very convenient as it is situated in a prime location, making it easily accessible to everything nearby. However, the parking situation is a bit of a downside as the lot is quite small, only accommodating less than a handful of vehicles. This can make finding a spot to park a bit of a challenge at times, especially during peak hours. In addition, relying on street parking can also be a bit of a hassle.Despite the parking situation, the restaurant offers good quality coffee that is free of the bitter taste that is often present in coffee served by larger chains. The care taken in preparing the coffee is evident in the flavor, and it is a definite standout feature of this restaurant. While the sandwich menu is somewhat limited, the quality of the ingredients used in each sandwich is top-notch, and each sandwich is prepared with care. This attention to detail in the preparation of the sandwiches is a welcome relief from other places who mass produce their food. Overall, despite the challenges of parking, this restaurant offers a convenient location, good quality coffee, and high-quality sandwiches made with care and quality ingredients.

Don't get their Matcha Latte I ordered a matcha latte but I got a steamed milk instead.Either they put just a tiny bit of matcha or probably didn't put any at all.I was soo disappointed and found out after I got back home. They're other drink are probably good but they're matcha latte is just a steamed milk

Nice atmosphere but super dirty. I feel as though they don't clean the place often. I got a table to do some studying, went to put my backpack down and noticed the floor was all wet. Asked to have it cleaned and was offered paper towels- I didn't make the mess. Also, tables are sticky. I get that it's self serviced but still some cleaning occasionally would make the place x100 better.

The coffee is good. The service is good. The overall cleanliness is lacking. I hope it's just the front of house that doesn't get thoroughly cleaned, but that seems a bit optimistic.

Dad`s delight should not have been named that , it should have been called everyone`s delight because that thing was Fan-F**ing -tastic ! At the first bite my eyes just literally grew wider . I was not expecting such a great combo of flavor -sponge cake , rose water , cardamom and Pistachio. Literally heaven in a morsel. Too bad , they had just one piece left as I would have loved to take some home with me , but this gives me all the more reason to come back. The coffee and the cappuccino both were alright too.The space looks tidy and popular with a lot of students and working folks as I saw a lot of people with laptops and in groups ,working . The outdoor space is cute with a small waterfall and multiple seats . They also have a covered outdoor area .Parking was a pain , and we had to park a few blocks away. Service was average ,not friendly but not bad either .

Their dark chocolate mocha is pretty Damn fine. Their service could use some help & the bathrooms could use a solid cleaning. What they have going for them is a huge patio that's pretty lovely, with s gurgling river/fountain and we'll spaced tables. They don't mind if you sit & on a day in the sun, it's really pretty great.

I've been here several times and haven't had any real issues. I like the oat milk lattes I get.
