I went here on my birthday and they are so messed up. I wanted the free guacamole and chips but their app wasn't working. They were very unprofessional and did not help me at all. Told me to redeem and it wouldn't impact my points but it took all my points. On my birthday they told me I needed to call and figure it out. Wonderful way to treat people. I left with nothing.

Every table is dirty. They ran out of white rice and chicken. 3 drinks are out. Plus their watermelon drink is out. There is food on the ground and chairs. It is 1:08. The place isn't jammed pack. Why doesn't anyone clean? Don't get me started on the bathroom. GROSS!

Called this location to report and order issue. We went on 3/7/24 and they were out of several items. We waited in line for a while and to get to the front and them be out. They never alerted customers they were out of items. The employees weren't efficient and kept going to the side for items I finally asked if they had more and then someone brought some over. When we got to pay I tried to use a reward and no one knew what to do or how to use it. Someone finally came over to help and we paid and left. When we got home we noticed the food wasn't marked with what we had ordered - meaning c1 c2 c3. We ordered 3 burritos all chicken but no way to see what they were without tearing it open which is what we had to do. The burritos got stuck to the foil and unfortunately ripped and made a big mess. I emailed corporate and they said to reach out to the store. So I called and talked to someone named Jennifer who basically told me they don't care and that it's my problem. I asked for a managers name or district manager and she said t come down and talk her face to face like she was trying to fight me about this issue. All I wanted was my meal to be replaced and some effort in alerting customers that there are shortages in items and to mark food. I called the Cedar Hills location and they are giving my info to a Gm and field manager.

I just have to give a shout out to the nice employees at this location. After having a horrible experience recently at the Newberg Chipotle, I visited this one for lunch last week and the employees were so helpful and friendly, they deserve a compliment. There was an issue with payment at the register and several of them worked together to figure it out. It took a few minutes and one of the employees, on her own, decided to re-make my meal so it would be hot and fresh instead of just giving me the food that sat out during that time. I was so impressed with their thoughtfulness and how genuinely nice everyone was.

This was my families first experience eating at Chipotle and it wasn't a good one. I ordered the carne Asada bowl and I didn't know what all of my options could be to include with this selection. I'm used to subway and other locations where they announce your options and the customer makes a selection. I explained this was our first time coming in and I needed help with the option. This did not change the workers approach at all. The person helping my family just continued to wait at every location for each order and just stare at use. Not to mention I had kids under 10. The cashier was pushy wanting to ring use up before we were even complete placing our order. My wife had to keep jumping back and forth from ordering back to the register. The cashier new this was happing and refused to help her fellow employee. Furthermore all the other employees we just standing around when I feel they could of chipped in to assist. This location was not busy at this time due to construction on the local roads. Once we completed the transaction the tables were dirty and we were forced to take our food to go. If I could give this location 0 stars I would.

I don't even know why I went here again...thinking it would be better. The workers are lazy and don't have any motivation to provide enough food and keep things stocked. Literally get rid of everyone and start over. Worst experience ever. I'd do 0 stars if possible. How do they not have stocked food at noon when a school is down the road.

I'm convinced whoever owns this chipotle is trolling Raleigh Hills at this point. Three times I have made the mistake of ordering delivery from this location and on two of those occasions, I've had to drive to the store because what I received was unacceptable. Tonight I needed something quickly and received this sad excuse for a "burrito," even after paying the premium for delivery. An absolute joke. This location is always under staffed, out of ingredients, being cleaned, or better yet....closed for online orders only. I will be driving out of my way to go to the Cedar Hills location from now on.
