Every table is dirty. They ran out of white rice and chicken. 3 drinks are out. Plus their watermelon drink is out. There is food on the ground and chairs. It is 1:08. The place isn't jammed pack. Why doesn't anyone clean? Don't get me started on the bathroom. GROSS!
Called this location to report and order issue. We went on 3/7/24 and they were out of several items. We waited in line for a while and to get to the front and them be out. They never alerted customers they were out of items. The employees weren't efficient and kept going to the side for items I finally asked if they had more and then someone brought some over. I went here on my birthday and they are so messed up. I wanted the free guacamole and chips but their app wasn't working. They were very unprofessional and did not help me at all. Told me to redeem and it wouldn't impact my points but it took all my points. On my birthday they told me I needed to call and figure it out. Wonderful way to treat people. I left with nothing.
