We have a Christmas Eve tradition of Jack in the Box tacos. We got there about 9:15 & the line was long & slow. The guy who took our order was very apologetic, kept us updated & was funny. It took awhile to get our order but was worth the wait. They were doing the best they could. Tacos were yummy & cereal donut holes.
The ultimate breakfast sandwich is big enough to satisfy without extras. So good
With a selection of fries so close to this location, it is very disappointing to get cold, old fries from this location. The burger was okay and what i expected but the service, I walked in and called out to behind the counter for service and three people showed thier faces and then disappeared. Finally a single person came out and apologized and took my order. It was as if they did not want to talk to anyone coming in. I wont come back to this store again.

The wait time might be long due to multitasking employees, but the food is served hot. The drive-thru experience is positive, with accommodating staff members even during busy times. The bacon ultimate cheeseburger is excellent. The service is pretty good, though drive-through orders are often prioritized over walk-ins.
