Why do they have a phone number if they are never going to pick up the phone. I either sit and wait or the flat out pick up the phone and then immediately hang up. 🤷♂️ last time I went in person to order they just ran out of dough. Don’t know what’s going on with their phones but I’d be nice to be able to call and know if they even are making pizza before I make the trip out there.

Felt like my business didn’t matter, they don’t make it easy to get to the food court, they wouldn’t accept my Mastercard, everything about that short trip sucked and made me want to cancel my membership. Honestly I thought it would be quick and easy trip to the food court and it soured my mood forever on Costco.

Try not to go during busy times, Noon to 2 PM. The wait can be long during the lunch rush. Must order at Kiosk first then wait for food. If you pay cash you can sometimes bypass the wait.

Good place for a quick bite at affordable prices. The seating area is usually crowded and loud. So you don't have the atmosphere of a restaurant. If you have hungry kids in the middle of your shopping, this is a life saver!
Parking: You may need to drive around a bit to find a spot especially on the weekends.

Jose and Ariaz managed to provide even lower than what was expected for a corporate food court customer service experience. Don’t have any expectations otherwise they will certainly not be met. If you expect to use cash they will flat out ignore you. Bring plastic and come knowing that Ariaz will go out of their way to be rude.

Kudos to the employees at the Aloha Costco today!! Unexpectedly all registers went down! They immediately informed everyone and had all hands on deck to put back frozen foods or allow people to leave their carts and they worked quickly to restock items so they wouldn’t spoil.
And the IT department had all registers fixed in about 30 minutes. As soon as they were back online, they got every single register open immediately.
It was a bit of an inconvenience for sure but they showed excellent customer service throughout a very difficult situation - thank you!

Don’t pre order your party pizzas by phone at this Costco! It’s the second time they have lost muy pre order ( called in 2 days before) which is really disappointing for my part guests
