So glad I was finally able to get out to Beaverton to try Himalayan Dumplings! KyiKyi was so warm and welcoming, as was her establishment. We tried the vegan options on the menu and all of it was delicious--fresh, well seasoned and you can tell it's prepared with love. The stand-out for me was the momo, which I think was the best I ever had, but the curried handpies were also amazing--perfectly fried but not greasy. The place was small, but intimate. Really makes things feel homie/casual. The menu is small and simple, but the food is excellent. The owner was really friendly and great to talk to. The dumplings were packed with filling and the stir fried noodles have got to be one of the best I’ve ever had! I highly recommend coming to eat here!
