“So glad I was finally able to get out to Beaverton to try Himalayan Dumplings! KyiKyi was so warm and welcoming, as was her establishment. We tried the vegan options on the menu and all of it was delicious--fresh, well seasoned and you can tell it's prepared with love. The stand-out for me was the momo, which I think was the best I ever had, but the curried handpies were also amazing--perfectly fried but not greasy. Also, I could pretty much drink the cilantro dipping sauce. If you're not lucky enough to be within delivery range or close by, it's well worth the short trip from Portland!Vegetarian options: Half the offerings are thoughtfully vegan-friendly and delicious!“
