Delicious cookies and I especially look forward to the autumn and winter seasonal specials. Both warm and chilled - they never disappoint! Worth the higher price for an occasional treat.
It's just a medicore experience here and the cookies pretty inconsistent from order to order. Gave it three stars cause they were out of bags so I had to do a balancing act to my car with several individual boxes of gifts that I ordered. The cookies here are priced high enough to cover adequate packaging. And some staff can come off inexperienced or unfriendly at times but some are quite pleasant.
