Nice employees and usually very fast service, however; every single time we order in the evening after 8pm, the crew seems so focused on closing early that they often don't prepare the food properly - I've had at least 4 instances with this store straight up not saucing their wings or tots.Recently, I ordered carryout over an hour before closing and the kitchen was already mostly cleaned up for the night, sauces sealed up for the next day, and my food left on the conveyor belt just overcooking. I was the only ticket at that time... I've worked food service several times before so I understand, but that was just too early and resulted in bad service.

I placed an order this afternoon (2.6.24) just before 5pm. For contact less delivery, I live in a large group of townhouses, so I added a very specific detail about my door to help the delivery person.Just after 5 30 I check the pizza tracker and was surprised to see the pizza was delivered. Someone was home the whole time and did not hear the door bell, so I check outside. Nothing. Checked the doors in my building, nothing. I decided to call the store. Spoke with a man (didn't catch his name) he said he would contact his driver and call me back. He did actually call me back, I could hear the driver was back. He informed me that Morghan had made the delivery and followed the extra directions. I knew that was a lie. He was pretty unhelpful. I told him I would check with my neighbor who has a camera pointed at my door. He said to call him back if I couldn't find the order. While checking with my neighbor, other neighbor called me with my pizza. Not only had they not looked for the extra but did not even have the correct number of build.I tried to call back the store. But was hung up on 3 times after beeing placed on hold.

Been here multiple times now where the staff says the order is complete to time out the two minute guarantee then we sit for an additional 10-30min waiting. Everyone who works here is a teenage boy and the quality of service reflects that. Management is nowhere to be found and does not run the store in accordance with any Domino's franchise policies. Lixioy Inc apparently blew their PPP loan on something other than salaries.

Busy day of Halloween but they were extremely helpful. Kudos to the employees that worked there today.
Received half our order wrong, so called them up and they fixed it up real quick. The only hiccup was I wished the driver was present when they delivered, so I can give some extra tip for the trouble. Instead a nicely baked pizza was left on the ground—no one in sight to thank for the night’s dinner.

Ordered 2 carryout pizzas last night and 1 ended up with no sauce. Pobody's nerfect, no biggie.I called the store and they asked me to come back.They had a fresh hot new one waiting for me when I got there.It tasted great, thanks again, guys!

My order is always wrong ! Tried calling the store 10 + times. Once transferred to the store it ALWAYS hangs up and I can’t even talk to anyone. Why am I paying for food that’s incorrect!!!! And i can’t even get through to anyone to speak to them !!!!!!

Terrible experience yesterday. My pizza was underbaked and super doughy. They didn’t put one of my request topping on the other pizza. I called to tell them how terrible the pizza was, the kid was nice and says that we can just call and tell them that my request should be noted in the computer. I called today 5/17 to redeem the offer they said they have no record of it even though I have a receipt from the online app. The girl who answered the phone was useless and accused me of lying. We spoke with the manager and he wasn’t trying to help even though I had all the proofs that he needed. Finally, I mentioned that I was going to call corporate he changed his story and offered to make my pizzas. I told him that I don’t trust him because he might spit in pizzas and I wouldn’t even know it. He said he wouldn’t do such a thing but I don’t know them. I am getting a certificate but I won’t be doing business with dominos anymore after today. I am a very loyal customer but after how I was treated I won’t be going back to give them any of my money and time.
