Drove by today and decided to do something different for our usual take out and movie Fridays. I am SO glad we did.

Delicious chx pad thai!
Absolutely loved my meal at Khao Yai in Beaverton! I ordered the Moo Ping and Papaya Salad, and both were delicious. The Moo Ping was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly grilled, and the papaya salad was fresh, crunchy, and had that bold Thai flavor I was craving.
