We come here often. Wednesday 615pm, service was slow. Fries were old, and burgers were dry. Every time I'm here, the cooks ALWAYS press the cooking burgers. The reviews on the wall claim juicy meat but to achieve that, never press the meat. Yet the cooks don't seem to understand that. I see that in all the locations we visit.

When I normally go to five guys, I know what to expect: A relatively messy burger that I enjoy, even though it can be annoying to deal with. When I came here with my wife and son, we had a perfectly assembled burgers, and it was honestly the best tasting five guys burger I’ve ever had.
On top of that, the manager on shift was driven to give everyone a great experience. Very impressed!
