I always go on the app and order that way when I get there, they drop the fries, and it's ready to go. When they get busy, things get missed, which is pretty normal. They do a good job correcting it if there is a mistake. There are no major issues as things happen, especially when it's busy. Great burgers for sure!Parking: Parking usually has a good amount of spots. Area can get busy, so sometimes it gets full, but rarely.Kid-friendliness: Busy area but suburb and never had issues about safety or language.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp, but the door is not automatic. Usually, people around to help, though.

Ordered online and picked it up myself. The service guy was so ignorant. My order was ready by the time I arrived there. I told him about my order info. But he kept me waiting for more than 10 min. I had to ask him couple of times, then he found my food bag which was ready long ago. Very poor service.

Great! I ordered fries and a hamburger. The food tasted good, and I'm glad I picked Five Guys. The service was amazing, just took like 10 minutes to get my order. The burger tasted so good, patty was fresh and the burger was cooked good. It was warm and fresh. Fries were amazing, just needed more salt. I recommend!
EXCRUCIATING! Three people in line wanting to order. Five people waiting for To Go orders, no one helping them. One of the employees, possibly, I don't know - walking around, another taking a dinner break. The other three are making food? I've been waiting for 23 minutes...

Went to five guys for a quick burger. This was the first time we got Cajun fries Cajun seasoning on the side and it was really good that way! We had to wait longer than I wanted and also they didn't give us any extra fries in our bag even though we ordered a large so service and ambiance were a bit lacking. However this is fast food but it's what we were looking for. It's definitely not going to be my last time at five guys.

I placed an online order, it was supposed to be ready at 6:06pm. I walked in around 6:10p, didn't see my order on the counter, so I checked in with the cashier who then bellowed my name to the others that I was there for my online order. Several people had come in after me and ordered with the cashier. 20 min later, those people received their food, I am still waiting. At the 25 min mark, I checked in again. That employee found my order sitting near the grill, added fries and handed me my order. Cold burger and pretty damn late service. Very disappointed.
