Always great food and good service I love it when they put things on special with their app!
Shout out to Murray Hill staff for making it through National Cheeseburger Day! Although it took all my patience waiting I watched you guys work your butts off and I much appreciated the hustle. I’ll be back… thank you! 🙏💪🔥
Consistently yummy food - Excellent Shakes, Solid Fries that were cut from a real potato, and Tasty burgers.
It’s a little disappointing when we order a simple milkshake and then 3 people with food orders that came after us get their order before us. A bit of a fail.

Five Guys is a popular burger joint where customers can order at the counter and grab their food to-go or eat in. The restaurant offers a wide range of burgers, including the double patty cheeseburger, which is a customer favorite. The staff is friendly and accommodating, even when busy. The crew can be super great, attentive, and provide amazing service. However, the tables were not wiped and were dirty. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with plenty of room between tables and a ramp for easy access. Parking is usually available, although it can get busy at times. Overall, Five Guys is a great spot for a quick and delicious meal that's suitable for families with kids.
