Every single time I come to this Chipotle the vibe is just off. The employees always seem like they’re mad to be there and the customer service is honestly terrible.
One time my boyfriend asked for his burrito to be double wrapped, literally the same way every other Chipotle we’ve been to does it with no problem. I came in today at 5 to pick up my to-go order, and it was slammed for pick ups, plus there was a huge catering order. Staff (particularly the girl with pink hair) were absolutely killing it getting our food out to us. It took a little longer, but her work ethic and ability were on point, and her effort definitely deserves kudos (especially with an audience and some customers who could have been nicer.) They tried to charge me extra for the cilantro lime sauce, but I was not informed it would be extra, and no where on the giant menu board does it show a price. If something costs extra (like guac as well) they need to tell you!
