Disappointing visit tonight around 9:30 PM. I get that it was getting close to closing, but the team was completely checked out—talking, complaining, and ignoring customers. Stood at the cash register waiting to pay for far longer than makes sense. Late shift or not, customers shouldn't be ignored.
Always long lines but worth it
Unfortunately the employee that helped me today was not in a great mood. I can understand this happens sometimes, but her lack of care was unprofessional. I asked about the lack of a portion size of the protein when she was plating my meal. She blew it off and said that’s what it is.
