I am tired of the typical American breakfast. If you are too you MUST visit HapaPino! My son and I stopped by today on a whim. We both cannot wait until we are hungry again to go back and try other menue items. We had the brealfast burrito; he had the chicken and I the sweet sausage. YUM!

My husband and I love in the area and make a trip to this food cart AT LEAST 2x per week. The hours are great for breakfast/brunch! We always get 1 burrito and 1 fried rice bowl...... Secret..... ADD THE SAUCE! The portions are good sized. I love their mango juice for an extra treat, but we've tried all of the Bevies and they're delicious!!The employees are all so helpful if you have questions or want a recommendation. Excited for summer and the little walks we'll be doing to visit this food truck.This place is so special. Please please never leave @HapaPino !!!! ♥️♥️♥️Parking: The food carts are located inside a large lot so parking is never an issue AND it's free !Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot is flat and away from road. wheelchairs are able to move freely and safely

Absolutely hands down the best fusion food I've ever had in my life. These guys are delivering flavors you could only ever dream of. That is not hyperbolic - they are giving pinoy nostalgia on a plate. Try anything, it's all great. I highly recommend!!

Oh my gah… this is such a dream for an Asian breakfast palate. I came here after my morning doctor’s appointment but wasn’t wanting any typical American breakfast. I was googling around and thought I try this place out. I ordered their silog bowl with beef. The person who took my order was nice and upbeat for the morning and was kind enough to bring it out to my car instead of waiting in the cold— THANK YOU SO MUCH BTW. I’m a bit of a rice snob and I like my rice a certain texture. Not only was the rice perfect but the flavor was great! Subtle but it completed the whole dish. The egg and beef was cooked perfectly too with great umami taste. Honestly, I wish for all their success and I hope they keep up with the good work. Love this food truck!

This spot is amazing! The 2 guys who run the truck are awesome! Always have great energy and service! The food is a fantastic fusion of Hawaiian and Phillipino! My go to's were always the spam sliders, or breakfast burrito. Both amazing. I love the garlic fried rice( very garlicy in a good way) as well as, probably every kind of meat they have. Everything is amazing. They have always been there when the hours say they are open and I have even had the chef run my food out to me, when he saw me pull up!(I am a delivery driver, so time matters) The hapapino sauce he created is out of this world! I always ask for extra because it is that good. I hope they start selling this sauce by itself. Sadly, I don't work in Beaverton anymore, but I will be making weekend trips out there just for the food ?. The only thing I don't like about this food cart is that, everything is so good I have a hard time picking what I want. Do yourself a favor and check it out. You'll likely be addicted.
We had chicken fried rice and Silog Bowl with Longanisa Sausage. The sausage was sweet and very delicious. Currently, they are only open from 9am to 1pm on Thursdays and Fridays, so it's hard for me to find the time to come, but I'd like to try other dishes as well.?

Love the silog bowls and the spam sliders!! The bowls have a very large portion but I still like adding on another meat to it for the variety. The spam sliders are made with pillowy pan de sal, savory sauce, tender spam, and incredibly melty cheese... Just so satisfying.
