Our order was accurate and delivered within 45 minutes of when it was placed. We are enjoying these tasty sandwiches, chips and cookie for lunch!

When I got home 2 of my sandwiches were made wrong. I had to go back to get them made correctly which was very inconvenient. When I came in another lady brought her sandwich back because there were no toppings. The manager still couldn't seem to make them right so I had to ask another worker to help make my sandwiches. The manager just said it's human error and didn't care at all or try to help the situation. I will not ever return there.

Asked for the sandwich cut in half and no onions.. got a sandwich not cut in half with every onion in the damn place. Thank you for not listening to the most BASIC requests. Awesome job.

If you want a single slice of meat for $12… this is the place to go!
If you want some actual food between two slices of bread… I recommend Jersey Mike’s any day of the week over Jimmy John’s (and it’s a dollar cheaper)!
Good lord. I can’t express how disappointed I’ve been with Jimmy Johns’s time and time again. I keep telling myself “maybe it’ll be better this time.” This was the final straw. It is now my personal mission to advise everyone I know to avoid Jimmy John’s.
I’m still hungry.

Got food poisoning from the tuna salad. Spent 2am-6am in the ER. Still can't sleep at 9am due to nausea and stomach cramps. Avoid unless you want the same.
Week later still dealing with the effects of that sandwich.

When they say little.. they mean little! We paid 44 dollars includes a 15 percent tip for 3 little John combos..seriously the most ridiculous, laughable, smallest subs we have ever seen. It was the size both length and width of a churro! Barely anything in-between them.. I knew they would be small... but was not expecting only two pieces of meat, the thinest slices of cucumber and tomatoes, and about 2 teaspoons of lettuce. Paid 2 dollars extra for literally 1/4 cup of Resers potato salad (do not recommend) the lemon cookie is good, but not 2 dollars each good. We will continue to go to Subway where we don't get ripped off, and get what we pay for. What a joke!
