Have enjoyed this place in the past, but after a recent visit I have to urge folks to avoid. I didn't find this a good value, service has taken a step dive, and the food was over-salted and greasy.

This use to be my favorite spot to grab a falafel and stuffed grape leaves. Ownership of the restaurant apparently switch hands and now I’d say avoid this place. The air inside was overwhelming fatty, like the vents had not been changed in months and cow grease was on the surface of every cooktop. There are times you can tell how often the grill or press is cleaned, my falafel had lots of “bits” and was very mushy/ oily. Before ordering, please ask staff to detail what steps are taken to ensure vegan offerings do not come into contact with meats prepared on the same surfaces.

Placed an online order unaware they were closing an hour early. Order was placed before they were supposedly going to close. When we found the sign stating the store was closing an hour early we knocked on door to attempt to speak with the staff we saw inside to tell them we had an online order we needed to cancel to be refunded for. Instead they waved us off rudely and wouldn't even open the door to speak to us. We attempted to call since they refused to speak with us in person and would not answer the phone either. At least have the decency to turn off online ordering or call when the order was placed to inform the customer that the order wouldn't be fulfilled due to early closure.

Ordered the falafel sandwich and pistachio baklava for lunch and dessert. The falafel and pita tasted fresh and the tahini was nicely spiced. Missing some flavor some hot sauce or spices. Good, but a little boring.

The pistachio baklava was below average. The dough wasn't crispy. It wasn't flavorful. Did not taste fresh. Pretty disappointing, considering how good all the desserts looked!

Karam catered our wedding and was a definite crowd-pleaser. We ordered lamb and chicken shawarma, chicken kebab, falafel, tabouleh, dolmas, and majadra, along with hummus and baba ghannouj. Everything was delicious, just as it is whenever we dine or get takeout from Karam. Our only regret is that we didn't order baklava, too!

Grand Mezza Veggie plate was a nice variety to sample the various flavors. Falafel wrap was great.

What amazing food and service! Karam catered our event and even made a special effort since the event was on a Sunday at my home. Guests raved about the food. I will definitely use Karam to cater my events in the future!!

horrible. worse than mediocre.

the fact that this place has over 4* on Maps is absolutely mind boggling.

I remember coming here many years ago and I forgot what I even ordered but I remember it wasn't great. but I thought I'd give it another chance. what a mistake.

we ordered the fried cauliflower, lamb shawarma platter, and a falafel wrap.

nothing was good.

the fried cauliflower was probably the best part, but even that had a very strong oily/greasy sort of taste and texture. B- at best.

the falafel wasn't horrible, but the taste just wasn't there. just bland and sad. C+.

and then the shawarma. holy Christ this was bad. I don't know if Lebanese shawarma is different from other shawarma, but if it's like this, I feel sorry for the entire population of Lebanon. all other lamb shawarma I've had has been nice and tender with a rich flavor. this one was the complete opposite. the meat was incredibly chewy and gristly and had hardly any flavor. I'm not going to say it was completely inedible, but it was damn close. the hummus tasted like generic supermarket hummus, and the rice was probably the only decent part of the entire dish. just shameful, honestly. a D at best.

thank God I bought my meal here with a coupon so that the pain of eating this meal was lessened a bit.

absolutely never eating here again.

Got for lunch for the first time today. Dip sampler, beef pie, Kafta wrap. Everything was bursting with flavor, the baba ghanoush was excellent
