Best tri-tip French dip with the au jus out there. French Dips are my absolute favorite sandwich. I try these everywhere I go. Karvers with out a doubt sets the bar. Be seeing you guys soon.

Weird experience. We came in, ordered, went to sit down and the music was blasting so loudly. We got our food, which was alright. They gave me like the very last of their chips with my sandwich literal crumbs. My partner asked for a to go box and one of the people working wouldn't even look him in the eyes or respond and rudely gave him the box. When he came and sat back down the same employee walked over and threw a soup cup lid at our food. He literally walked up, said nothing, and just threw it on our table. Also superrr overpriced! $4 for a root beer and no refill? Don't recommend.

Just found this sandwich shop in Beaverton and being a sandwich lover had to go ahead and try one. I had their Godfather, which is like an Italian meats sandwich it was off the charts good. One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had the rest of the sandwiches on the menu look fantastic. I’m gonna try them all. You definitely need to go here.

These guys are legit. I had the French Dip and it was ON POINT! Juicy, savory, meaty, and tasty goodness. Crafted with care and great portion size--and I'm kinda a big dude....

Loved it, the food was awesome, definitely want to try other sandwiches, I had the dip, my husband had the Banh Mi, and we shared a mac n cheese. Our food was packed to go since we got there 30 mins before closing.My complaints; $5 for a small cup of mac is a little steep, the person who took our order seemed like they didn't want to be there and keeping the door open when it was about 40° out was less than ideal. Overall really great place regardless of my few gripes. We'll be back!

We ventured out in the cold on the third day of the nasty 2024 storm and came to Karver for the first time. we ordered two sandwiches, Cuban and Grilled Cheese as well as the corn and chicken along with tomato soup.The soup was soothing hot and so yummy. The sandwiches are to die for. The cookie is freshly made and warm and was so good.Sean. the owner is so nice, warmly welcomed all of the guests who came in this super cold day.Highly recommended place ??

First time visit and what a great place. The hot sandwiches are next level tasty. I had the Tri Tip French dip and my wife had the Pastrami Ruben. Amazing! Highly recommended and the owner is a great friendly guy who knows what quality means to a customer. We will be back!
Delicious Mac and cheese. My daughter is very picky and she loves how gooey it was. I had my jerk chicken turned into a salad. It was massive. My husband got the Reuben. It was very high quality and tasted like they made it themselves.

Great sandwich place. I got the Royale and bread was perfect and steak was tender and delicious. Would highly recommend. Giant cookie was a bonus!!

I love a place like this. I'm traveling and this was an absolute gem to come across. In house roasted meats. Fresh baked bread for their delicious sandwiches. You can tell the hand-crafted skill involved in the sandwiches here. I had the tri-tip dip, my wife had the Cuban, and my kids shared the not your momma's Bologna. Each one better than the last. Try the root beer as well, it was fantastic. I can't wait to come back.

Weird how I'm just minding my business driving down the street with my vegan pizzas in the back, and low and behold I see a sign for some place that discriminates against people who are compassionate towards animals. Odd flex and deserves a 1 star.
