Carina’s passion for vegan baking and food comes through. The pistachio cookie sung of fresh pistachios and had such a fine & delicate crunch. The chocolate chippers were crunchy oatmeal-forward. I want to go back there for their savory lunchtime offerings.

Carina' Bakery is fully vegan with many gluten free options. They have savory and sweet and lots of options of both. Our favorites are their pistachio cake, almond cake, brownies, and cupcakes. I also live that they have hemp milk as one of their drink options (plus oat, soy, & coconut). The staff are very friendly and kind, many have visual impairments (there is a sign about it).
