I ordered by phone. They said give them 20 min. I get there they first said they do t have it. Wrong restaurant, I told them recheck I have txt msg that they said to come in 20 min. He then said oh we have it we have not made it yet. !!! Then the ManGer offers me what I did not order instead. I told them No, make me what was ordered. Then! If. That’s not bad enough they asked me to pay before the order was complete. !! Really!! They lack good management.
No, I would definitely NOT recommend "THIS" location on Cedar Hills in Beaverton, Oregon to anyone and we will definitely not go back due to the customer service we received and witnessed to another customer.
My husband likes the "Nashville Hot" chicken and ALWAYS asks to substitute it for one of his pieces for an extra 50 cents which we don't mind paying. When he asked the teenager taking our order the to substitute it he said "No" we don't do that. My husband said he does...read full review
