Today I went through the drive through and Ana helped me. When I went to the speaker box I think she didn’t hear my drink order. But instead of assuming, she asked me at the window and I appreciated it so much. In the past I had a male employee, who I think may have been high or something, never get my drink order correct. Had a long wait for the chicken. But good service
The food is ok due to the fact that sometimes it's great, sometimes not so great. The new potato poppers come with gravy that was not gravy. It was as if they mixed the gravy with water, and it tasted like literal nothing. Some of the food like the fries can taste old and cold like it's been sitting under a heat lamp for too long.
