The reason this review is because we wait and wait for the sushi band to bring food to us and nothing was coming our direction the had one chef sushi we order a green tea no refill, no one come to ask if we were ok. Nothing bad service, no food. Sorry guys but you need to do better

Advanced Chinese-style robotic technology, clean, fast. etc. Food is okay to good, small and pricey items. All live service is super friendly and available if you don't want to work.

I have been eating here pretty regularly and after tonight, I will not be back. We came in and we were told it would be a 30-minute wait. It being a Saturday night we understood, put my number in the system, and went and waited away as they told us to since we couldn't wait inside. I got the confirmation that I was in line but no table ready text. After 50 minutes of not getting a text, I went in and was going to ask how much longer. I was number #575 and she called out #605. I confusingly said wait 605? I'm 575 and never got a text. She said “Let me get a few other people seated and then I’ll get you seated. I never even got a text and can prove that. We knew they were doing their Hello Kitty promotion so I ate way more sushi than I needed so I could get the Hello Kitty keychain for my daughter (who loves this place) only to get a normal one. When I asked why the prize posters still said Hello Kitty if they were giving normal ones the person was super dismissive and said some are Hello Kitty but not all. It might be a small thing to most but after the extremely poor service we already received it was the last straw. While we were there they also gave a diabetic regular soda instead of the diet that they order. So if you have food allergies I would be EXTREANLY careful here. We won’t be back.

The food is great but we’ve made reservations two days in advance every time we’ve come, and we show up 10 minutes early to give notice we’re here and EVERY time they make us wait outside and our tables are late. Typing this waiting outside in 40 degree weather and our tables were supposed to be ready 20 minutes ago 🤦‍♀️

In general I thought the space and the service were great! Staff was very helpful and welcoming.

The beer I got tasted like the lines were clean, and was cold. The method of ordering from the screen and/or the belt without the restaurant having too many plates out at once is a good way to keep things fresh!

I really think their crab salad mix used as the base for most rolls could use less mayo. It overwhelms the other flavors too much for my taste. And in general I felt things were too mayonnaise heavy inside rolls and as sauces of top. If they could change up their recipes to be a little less mayonnaise heavy it would make it one of my favorite conveyer belt sushi spots in the area.

My wife and I had been to this restaurant before and loved it but on our recent visit things had changed. Service was slow and there was hardly any food on the conveyor belt so we had to resort to special ordering everything we wanted. The food tastes worse than before and is massively overpriced for its quality, we mostly come here for the atmosphere which is unique. But the reason I am writing this review is after this recent visit we were served the worst case of food poisoning we have ever experienced. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to eat here.

If you want to order takeout, please avoid this place. We ordered two sushi rolls, and they told us it would take between 5 and 10 minutes. However, we waited more than 30 minutes. The girl who was helping us was outside talking to someone while we were waiting for a long time. This is the third time they have done the same thing.

Terrible service. I waited over 30 minutes. The restaurant was empty; we only ordered two takeout dishes and it took forever. The person who took our order spent the whole time outside chatting with a colleague. We had to ask about our order twice; we ended up going to the restaurant next door. It's a shame, because we were really looking forward to eating at that restaurant.

I’ve been here twice now, and I’m mostly writing this as a reminder to myself not to come back.

I get that part of the appeal of a revolving sushi bar is the novelty. It’s fun grabbing plates off the belt and watching your orders roll toward you. You’re not expecting the best sushi ever, but you still expect it to taste good.

We ordered 15 different items (to get the gacha toy 🙄) and none of them were good. The nigiri had such thin slices of fish. The ramen broth was just salty with zero flavor. We had Noa Sushi the week before, which was excellent, so the contrast was even more obvious.

I know conveyor belt sushi has its place, but Kura isn’t cheap, and the quality didn’t match the price.

Been to many Kura locations all over the world and this was by far the worst customer service with subpar food. We were on a waitlist for five to ten minutes but it was actually almost 30. When I asked why it was taking so long she said it's because their system doesn't take account for online reservations. There were many tables that just needed cleaning that sat empty almost 15-30 minutes. After we were seated I didn't get my drinks or wasabi. After 20 minutes I called for assistance and she said she'll go get that but then immediately talked to her friends at the next table for five minutes.

The sushi had a strong seafood smell like it had been sitting at room temperature all day. It did not taste fresh. Also the soft shell crab was like 50% batter.

I like the sushi quality at this restaurant and it’s fun to get made to order sushi at any moment during your dining experience. The plate dispenser is also hilarious. Sometimes, there’s not a lot of variety on the conveyor belt, and the sushi can take awhile to show up when made to order. They have the little robot that sings and brings your drinks which can get a little annoying if it rolls near your area frequently and you just hear the music all the time. Overall, I enjoy the experience at Kura and will eat here again.

Absolutely fantastic experience! The sushi was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. The staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the ambiance was cozy yet modern.

Japanese brand so there is a certain quality expectation and I think they deliver. The sushi is generally very good. Much pricier than Japan but nothing to be done about that. I like that you can get prizes for dining in.

One of the few places that does seared salmon the right way, none of that eel sauce BS. Japanese mayo and hit it with the torch!!

Their yuzu inspired dishes are all generally very delicious.
