Best food truck around! If there isn't something on the menu you want the owner will make you anything you ask for. She is an amazing chef!
Some trucks you just don't feel good after eating; bad ingredients, too much lard, etc. I always feel full and good after anything I order. Just shows the food she makes is more like a home cooked meal from scratch rather than something out of a can.

I eat here roughly every week and let me just tell you, it's the best Mexican food you will get in the Portland Metro area. Everything is absolutely top quality and made with so much love. I highly recommend the birria tacos, and ask for the orange salsa. The service here is amazing, Elizabeth feels like a family member to me at this point. Do not pass this place by, it is WONDERFUL. 5 STARS, 100/10, PERFECTION.

The woman who served us was lovely and the tacos were so delicious. I recommend the chorizo tacos! My 5 year old thought her quesadilla was amazing too. 10/10 and we'll definitely be coming back

Cute little truck a little out of the way. Elizabeth was wonderful and was open to customizing our food. An awesome upside for us was that her English was great and that is always a huge hit and miss when we try out Ethnic Food Carts. I wish I could speak all these different languages so I can talk about the food I want from all these different cultures! All in all, I loved my Chorizo Quesadilla and my boyfriend really enjoyed his Burrito! Glad to find this little gem just a couple of blocks from home. We'll be back!
