They are the most racist people I ever seen, I had the experience and I called the manager, he didn't do anything, and then my friend went last week with his family same thing happened to him, I hope someone from the higher level manager see that and do something about it, we pay money for the food not free

Our server, Sierra, was exceptional. The cooks need to be called Chefs; they did a fantastic job with the food! We waited a bit but it was worth the wait. Thank you.

I wish their customer service was better. My son and I went to try and have brunch. We waited 10 minutes by the door, then walked to the counter where the pastries were and they couldn’t seat us down to not having the seating table arrangements. I then saw a server and asked and they said someone would be there shortly. Tons of employees walk by and not one said a word to us . Waited a good 20 minutes and no one ever came. I definitely won’t give them another shot

The jam! The jam!

And the hot sauce. Wish they sold that too.

Mojito French toast was December and tasty (like a great stuffed French toast).

So, three stars, has nothing to do with our food or food service. A combination of elements made the front side experience difficult. We had a large party with two people who had accessibility issues. The trifecta of trouble is that you can't make reservations, you can't be seated with less than half the party and you can't wait inside. So when the weather is cold and your party is in multiple cars and you have to move two people with accessibility needs around this adds up to a suboptimal experience since we called, no reservations, sent 2 ahead, can't be seated, and now the ones who have the least tolerance for the weather have to be in the elements. These policies should be reviewed, at least on a case by case. We asked for an indoor seat but in the end we were seated at an enclosed outdoor space with a heater. The first two were greeted on entry, but the policies meant that we couldn't put our name in until we could guarantee half the party would be seated. Food service was great, just the right amount of check ins, coffee and drinks first, kind enough to bring croissants from the mains first. Favorite, at least in appearance, were baked eggs ala francais and the raspberry mojito French toast.

Dietary restrictions: They'll work with you both on the mains and the coffee

Kid-friendliness: Ok, patient child recommended

Wheelchair accessibility: Single level, large entry

Our brunch was fantastic, from the mimosa flight, to the NW Benedict to the desserts. Our server was friendly and didn't hover too much.

I am absolutely obsessed with this place! The atmosphere, the food, THE BAKERY, service…all of it!! I’ve been a server for 40 years and my daughter introduced me to your restaurant three years ago when she moved to Oregon from Minnesota…I dream of moving there and working for such a wonderful restaurant! Yummmm amazing I can’t wait to come back!! 20/10!!! 🤩🤩🤩

Came in for Happy Hour to Celebrate my godmother’s 75th birthday and had a wonderful meal. It’s fall season so they now have their turkey bread and pumpkin bread on display. Their desserts are not only delicious they are beautiful too! Had a Wonderful burger and a delicious bowl of French onion soup. We also ordered their special puffs and the truffle fries are tasty too! Angie our server was wonderful and very helpful with taking our order and giving us samples of the beer before making our decision. They even decorated the plate with frosting before serving us our birthday treat. Wonderful experience and highly recommend going in and having Angie as your server. She is very skilled and knowledgeable about the menu and options.

Thank you for a wonderful evening dinner Angie!

First time visiting, though it's been on the try list for a couple of years. Excellent first-time experience. Went for breakfast, had a wonderful omelet, and hash browns with a croissant the size of half of your face. Can't wait to go back and try lunch and dinner soon.

This is my favorite place for breakfast of all! Their breakfast food is absolutely amazing. The salmon hash is out of this world! And their fresh croissants are the best I've ever tasted. And their raspberry jam that you put on the croissants, wow! Don't have any of that unless you want your mind blown! To top it off they also have the best tasting coffee ever. Plus service and ambience is always amazing! As if all that wasn't enough they also sell the most amazing pastries and desserts you'll find anywhere.

Kid-friendliness: It's kid friendly, like most restaurants.
