I’ve had celiac since I was three, so eating out is never something I take lightly. This food truck honestly blew me away. From the second I asked about ingredients, it was clear they really understand gluten free and cross contamination. They were confident, patient, and actually knew what was safe instead of just guessing, which made me feel completely comfortable ordering.
