“Ordered a pizza and it was incorrect. Not a big deal generally, however my wifey could not eat it because it had jals on her half (was supposed to be only on one half) and jals affect her asthma. I worked pizza for ten years, so I understand mistakes happen. Messaged corporate and next day received a lovely call from Veronica from the Allen Store apologizing for the mistake (training new employees...I get it) and offering a remake on the incorrect pizza. Picking it up tonight. Great customer service! Will continue to patronize them.“
“Little Caesars Pizza is always a nice and affordable way to feed the family. Service was great food was delicious. The atmosphere inside the shop was pretty quiet and barely any people. I love their breadsticks and their deep dish pizzas are always the best. Also recommend the stuffed cross pepperoni pizzas ?. Food did take a little longer than what they said but service was nice and did their best at their job.
Kid-friendliness: Kids love pizza.
Wheelchair accessibility: There was no ramps around so I don't think They have wheelchair accessibility there.“
