Delicious homemade corn tortillas. I ordered 2 Tripas tacos. They were ok but the tripa was a little chewy and gritty with a bit of an aftertaste. I like mine crispy and well seasoned.
They do a nice job keeping their various salsa options refrigerated and free from contamination. That’s good since it’s self-serve. Decent red salsa, not too spicy. I prefer my salsa spicy ?️.
It was busy from 12-1 but the crew did a good job getting out the order of the group of six ahead of me. I think I took just as long to order as it did for the kitchen to prepare all of their meals. ?
Overall I enjoyed my meal 7/10. I’d be interested in trying their various meats on their delicious tortillas. They have a couple of tables set up for eating and parking is easy and wheelchair ♿️ accessible.

Vegetarian options: Anything can be made veg here by simply asking to substitute for beans or a lil extra everything else with no compromise to flavor or portion size
