The California burrito is delicious! The burrito is a great size and a good price. The meat and other fillings were well prepared and perfectly portioned. I think I found my new favorite taco truck!

Delicious homemade corn tortillas.
I ordered 2 Tripas tacos. They were ok but the tripa was a little chewy and gritty with a bit of an aftertaste. I like mine crispy and well seasoned.
They do a nice job keeping their various salsa options refrigerated and free from contamination. That’s good since it’s self-serve. Decent red salsa, not too spicy. I prefer my salsa spicy ?️.
