TLDR: an employee was very rude and short in a way that didn't sit well with me. I am not inclined to return.

The frozen yogurt and toppings are great - my frustration and reason for the 2 stars was the service at this location. Usually service is fine and even on a bad day, I can get past it. However...

One of the employees was moving some toppings from the front counter to the toppings side and started complaining about how there were too many people there. I was waiting for one of the toppings to be moved but she just stopped. Then, she asked the people behind me if they were ready and because she was looking in my direction, I assumed she was speaking to me and I answered. The employee interrupted my response with a scowl and said shortly "not you" and asked the people again. I was very taken back by the attitude. And for further context, I was standing right in front of her so it seemed odd that she would be so rude and dismissive.

This location is a little closer than others so I am willing to give it another shot and change my review, but I'm not sure I'll go back anytime soon.

When we take our walk from Beaverton to Tigard, we always go to Pho Nam, then this ice cream shop for dessert.

It's Menchies.. Great Ice cream.

This frozen yogurt place has become one of our favorites. With a variety of flavors to choose from, it's always a fun treat for our family. While the customer service can be improved, my kids absolutely love this spot. The only drawback is the recent price increase, but the delicious yogurt still keeps us coming back for more.Make sure to download the Menchie’s app to collect point and get rewards!

They were amazing when I had a specific birthday cake request and needed it in 24 hours! I was lucky to get the last quart of their strawberry froyo in the freezer which they turned into a masterpiece! I didn't expect the phoenix on the cake which I quickly mentioned as the theme for my 8 year old birthday party. Delicious chocolate cake with strawberry and vanilla froyo!

The 3 star review is due to the simple fact that when you check out, there is an option for tipping EVEN THO it's SELF SERVE. Felt super awkward!But the food is delicious tho.

Parking: Some of the parking near Menchies is limited by time!

I've been here a few times, but I've never had an issue. It's clean with good choice of toppings. They switch up toppings now and again, so every time I go, I get something different if I want.

Delicious it was my first time there. It was a nice treat before going home from work.

My favorite froyo place moved, but this place is WAY better, and they will get sick of seeing me.

I went in at 11:45 am and this man kicked me and my son out and said they don't open until 12pm. So I waited and as I waited I watched him let 3 people in before 12 pm. and not say a thing. I'm now posting this at 12:02pm the same day SMH

Menchie's is a chain frozen yogurt place, so you can expect the same taste for all locations you go to. I gave the other location. I visited a 4, but I am deducting 1 point from this one because all three times I have visited, they have been out of stock of several flavors or toppings. It is still probably the best place for Fro-yo in the immediate area.

Went in, ordered with my group, and needed to use the restroom. Went in to find the toilet full of more than water and tried to flush it. No dice. That thing was nasty. I’ve been in portapotties that were much better - recently, at major events!So I grabbed my group and we left.The sign in the bathroom says if there is any issue to talk to a manager. From the state of that bathroom I am guessing there is no manager on site, being a holiday and all. The people working there were in their own conversation when we walked in; no greeting, and simply curt service when we got to payment.In fact, when I got home I decided to throw my dessert away - the bathroom is so bad, I wonder if they’re using the same standard with the rest of their sanitation? What are things like in the kitchen/prep areas?This was my first experience with a Menchie’s since before COVID - and while a different location, I’ve had two experiences with this company now, years apart with nothing good in between, that hostile service and filth must be the company’s standards.I can’t stand giving one-star reviews. But here we are.For the sake of the customers who will visit again, please clean up.
