Went to the Progress Ridge Menchie’s on my birthday to use the $5 Menchie Bucks email I received. Even with my ID and the email, the manager refused to honor it and told me to “call corporate.” I paid the $5, but they lost a family of five’s business for life. If $5 is worth more than customer service, we’ll find another frozen yogurt place.

The froyo was good and affordable, but the employees were not kind at all.

I enjoyed the frozen yogurt, but the lack of engagement by the lone clerk buried in busy work behind the counter from the time I walked in to the time to weigh and pay was disappointing, especially when I saw the tipping options. It takes little effort to welcome and thank customers with a smile. I picked the “no tip” option, but I doubt the clerk made the connection.

I've been taking my kids here for a couple of years and just realized they've been automatically adding a tip. Last time I checked, when you take something without asking...there's a word for that. It's not the money but the principle in any business.

Rude employees, flavorless frozen yogurt. Save yourself the disappointment. Won't be going back.

Visited Menchies for National Froyo Day! This was a nice surprise for my kiddos who love froyo from this place! It was super busy, but the staff did a great job managing the crowd, stocking up inventory, clean and was super friendly! My little love getting a sticker from the cashier. Thank you for making a visit to Menchies always so positive and memorable!

Justa regular guy (Just some person)

Make sure you go Fridays 8 pm to close. It's actually affordable then. Also get the fruity flavors with Graham crackers and the fruity boba

TLDR: an employee was very rude and short in a way that didn't sit well with me. I am not inclined to return.

The frozen yogurt and toppings are great - my frustration and reason for the 2 stars was the service at this location. Usually service is fine and even on a bad day, I can get past it. However...

One of the employees was moving some toppings from the front counter to the toppings side and started complaining about how there were too many people there. I was waiting for one of the toppings to be moved but she just stopped. Then, she asked the people behind me if they were ready and because she was looking in my direction, I assumed she was speaking to me and I answered. The employee interrupted my response with a scowl and said shortly "not you" and asked the people again. I was very taken back by the attitude. And for further context, I was standing right in front of her so it seemed odd that she would be so rude and dismissive.

This location is a little closer than others so I am willing to give it another shot and change my review, but I'm not sure I'll go back anytime soon.

When we take our walk from Beaverton to Tigard, we always go to Pho Nam, then this ice cream shop for dessert.
