This is under new management so they do not have the shaved ice and brick toast anymore. We got the soufflé which was good for Asian palate which means not too sweet if you prefer more sweetness.
Our first time here. We enjoyed it. We will be back!

Something changed. The taro boba was smaller than usual and very powdery. Placing an order over the phone, whoever I spoke with seemed like I was inconveniencing them. Store was empty when I got there, so I don’t think it was a rush that made the quality poor. $6.75 for this before tip - don’t think I’ll be back.

The location is pretty crusty looking rn, so not the best atmosphere. Maybe it's being renovated? Anyway more importantly the boba tea fell off. The lid is no longer sealed so you can't shake it, and when I bought the taro flavor I could still feel the powders texture, it wasn't fully mixed. And their popcorn chicken fell off too, its made of more breading than chicken lol. If you want milk tea specifically then I recommend going to t4 which is like 1 minute away from here.

This place was my family’s favorite bubble tea store.
I went to mocha tea house today,
but they reduced menu, so I had to order different drinks.
Taro milk tea tastes really weird, and milk tea cup size changed to half like kids drink size,
They only have one small size with high price.
I am not going there anymore.

My view of the place has drastically changed. It seems as if their management changed, because half their menu got wiped out, including my favorite things, and the caffeine free options are way more limited, plus, the drinks were way more overpriced than they used to be for a tiny, mediocre drink that tastes way off and is way poorer quality than it used to be. The service wasn't the greatest, the staff just seemed to want to get the transaction over with. Needless to say, this used to be my favorite bubble tea house and now I will never go back. They've turned into every mediocre, overpriced bubble tea place.

Visited on a weekday for a quick bite hoping for potstickers and boba but they were out of potstickers :( luckily we tried the other food and discovered how delicious the chicken and tofu were! The cheese sticks were alright. Boba was good and the store is cute. The person serving us was very welcoming and nice. I’ll definitely be back to try the potstickers someday!
