I ordered a savory crepe at the OHSU Farmer's Market. It was a charming operation of a middle aged man making the food and his teenage daughter taking orders. The crepe was filled with cheese, oyster mushrooms, salmon, tomato, and parsley, and topped with raddish and crema (or maybe it was cream cheese and I'm trying to be fancy). This is a good place. This food truck is in a farmer's market. You will not be able to drive by and grab something to go. This will be a process. The line at this venue is always long. The line will be moving at a snail's pace. The food is good and inexpensive. The savory food is quite tasty and a good amount. I was annoyed that I had to wait so long to get my food. The amount and quality of food is amazing.

I tried Oofty out at the very end of the season at the Beaverton Farmers Market. If I recall correctly, I ordered a crepe with bacon, egg, cheese, and spinach. The pricing was very reasonable, and it is a deceptively large amount of food as compared to how it looks. I'd like to revisit and tried something more sweet.
