Tried this food truck recently and really enjoyed it! The meat jun was the highlight—a balance of sweet, savory, and flavorful. The chicken katsu was crispy (even enjoying it an hour after I got it), and the mac salad was delicious without feeling too heavy. Portions are generous, and the rice was cooked just right.

Run by such a kind family. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the Beaverton area, and I’d make the drive again. 😇

I don’t usually do reviews but felt compelled to after having lunch here today. This was easily the best Loco Moco I’ve ever had (it’s not even close). The egg was cooked to perfection, the savory gravy was clearly from scratch, using the fond from the perfectly seasoned burger patty, and the price made it one of the most affordable (and best value) of all the options in the cart pod. Run, don’t walk to check this place out and have the very sweet auntie take your order!

Had the special Lua lua/kalua pork special with rice and Mac salad. It was so tender and a good tasting piece of meat. The lua lua pork was cooked in a banana leaf. It was described as Smokey and looks like spinach with it. That was accurate. I liked it but I rated it 4/5 bc it didn’t have any other flavor besides salt and smoke.
