Really enjoyed the mazesoba here. It's a special dish you don't find in a lotta ramen places in and around Portland. Good portion size for lunch, under $20 (including tip) and prepared well. The brothless noodles were still steaming hot, full of light yet refreshing umami flavor, and chewy yet soft. The chicken and pork were tender, and the egg was not too hard. You have a lot of options in this huge food pod, but Magokoro is a standout!
I recommend the mazesoba! Great texture on the noodles and I do like the other ingredients as well. Bamboo shoot not too dry or tough. Chashu at a good level of tenderness and flavor. I would recommend this to others!

First time trying the yuzu miso ramen broth. It had a subtle yuzu flavor and was perfect for a cold afternoon. The staff was friendly. Overall anytime I'm in the area and crave a quick comforting bowl of ramen, this will be my goto place.
