My family has been a regular, weekly, customer at your Murrayhill location for the past 10 months since my house fire left us with no kitchen. Tonight I brought home dinner for my family and every order was wrong. I called the store and explained that I had ordered 4 Kalbi Rib dinners and received 4 plain grilled chicken dinners. Waited over an hour for a single plate , ridiculous !!!! :/ Unacceptable !!!
Roxy’s is the closest to authentic Hawaiian comfort food in the area. I love their food and have been eating out for years and their service is incredible!! My favorite is Kalbi ribs, but the Kalua pork is out of this world as well and their mac salad is phenomenal!! If you really want to go out, get the locomotion you won’t be disappointed! 🌺
