I’m not kidding when I say, my partner and I can not stop talking about how much we love this place. It’s ruined all other sushi restaurants for us because it’s just not like Shoten. Even their other location isn’t quite as special as this little place! Slight changes have been made over the years but we will always haunt this place as long as we are around.
I've been coming here for many years now and they still never disappoint! Sign up for their text offers, they give very generous promotions! I normally don't get tempura rolls or fried rolls in general but this place absolutely changed my views on them! Oh my god it was perfect! Will be coming back for more fresh, generously fat rolls and melt in the mouth pepper tuna sashimi 😋
Although I haven't had the best luck with delivery from Shoten, I have to say the food is very good. I love their Tempura Udon and Karaage Chicken! On two occasions, my order did not go well, but their customer service was excellent. Accidents happen, and though I was initially annoyed, I was very impressed that they did not hesitate to offer a refund and were very apologetic. I'll try them again because the food is delicious. Maybe the third time it'll be delivered...
