I love that they have both gluten free and vegan options. It's often hard to find wrapped in one lil treat.

If you have any food allergies, I strongly advise avoiding this place. I made it very clear when ordering that I needed the vegan option. I even pointed directly at the item on the menu to avoid any confusion. Despite this, I was given the wrong dish — one that contained dairy.

After taking a bite, I immediately went back to ask what I had been served, and only then was I told it was not the vegan item. This is not just a simple mistake — it’s a serious safety concern.

Food allergies are not something to take lightly, and unfortunately, the person taking and preparing orders here did not seem to take my request seriously or listen carefully. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone with dietary restrictions or food allergies, as I do not believe the staff can be trusted to handle them properly.

Love that they’re open early for breakfast and it’s always easy to get in and out before 11 as they’re the only ones open.

We love their food - both savory and sweet waffle sandwiches. They do get soggy VERY quickly so you need to eat pretty quickly and I wouldn’t recommend take away if it’s not being eating soon

They open at 8am! Before all the other carts in the area.. convenient AND delicious. I am definitely coming back! Regularly!

Please be careful if you have a gluten allergy!!! They use the same griddle so it is always a gluten free *preference* and super not allergen friendly 🥲

People rating these waffles highly are in love with the idea of waffles, as we were before eating these. (*They might also have not read the reviews.) Waffles were bland. Fries were bland. Even the tea was bland. We ordered at least three different sandwiches and all were sub-mediocre. Everything was made fine so it was not a matter of doneness. Their "special flour" had zero flavor, no snap or sponginess. If you tried to make the same thing at home with the same ingredients yours would taste better for merely trying. A failure would taste better. Nothing tasted interesting. Even with different fillings the result was the same: an inescapable blandness. How do you make things like raspberry and chocolate bland? What really surprised me was how bland the whipped cream was. No flavor. A mouth full of zero flavor.

Absolutely incredible. We visited two different locations during our trip, it’s all we could think about. The gluten free batter was divine. If I lived near one I’d visit weekly!

While visiting my adult children in Portland this weekend, they brought me here for brunch before traveling back home. What a gem of a find! Loved the atmosphere, sandwich was outstanding, I will return again when back in town.
