Why I don’t frequent Starbucks much anymore? It’s not not coffee as it is the same delicious tasting coffee. It’s not the service although I find it inconsistent with great service in one site and poor in another. It about your rewards! I used to get a free latte every once in a while and it gave me the incentive to keep coming back but now I find the rewards hard to use and confusing and to top it off they expire too soon. Despite being a regular customer who consistently left a decent tip, I frequently received incorrect orders. I have reason to suspect it was intentional. I told them it is hot inside, so they increased the temperature even more. That is how loyal customers are treated here if they are not local. Some baristas never smile.

We had just left a different location with a coffee that was not good but too far to go back; so we stopped by to buy a different one.

Isaac (the barista) offered great advice on how we can better order in the future, had a remake made for free (which was delicious). Not only did they provide outstanding service and help, but had a great personality and really made our day so much happier.
